How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot password” link under the sign-in boxes. Follow the directions to retrieve your password. You’ll need to enter your gender, date of birth and postal code to have a new password sent to you via email address you registered to our service with.

Can I use Bell Video Store on my Mac?
Bell Video Store is only supported on PC systems at this time.
We are using a Windows Media DRM, which Mac does not support. Mac works with their own DRM, called Fairplay, which as you may have read only works with iTunes. Sorry for the inconvenience.

In order to download and play our videos, you MUST download the Bell Video Store Player. Installing the Bell Video Store Player tells us who you are, and onto which device(s) you would like to download and play videos. At this time you may download the Bell Video Store Player onto 4 devices per account.
